It has transformer workshop, wire workshop, AI&SMT automation workshop, injection molding workshop, assembly workshop, with a monthly output of 8 million. Automated production is the standard of new product R&D to reduce the artificial mistake during working, and the high efficiency of automated provides guarantee for production and delivery.
Warehouse
Over 5000 raw materials are stocked here, and managed by ERP system, complied with FIFO principle. Each material on the shelf is labelled clearly. More than 1000 materials are in and out everyday, and no big mistakes were made during passed 9 years.

R&D department
BJD has a professional, experienced R&D team with 30 senior engineers. All of them have more than 5-year experience in this industry.
We can make the design and development very quickly according customers' requirement. From the ID to structure design, mold design, circuit design and packaging design, all procedures can be done here.

Aging workshop
All chargers will be fully tested under low and high voltage for 4 hours in aging workshop. 100,000 pcs can be tested simultaneously here.
Production Department
After several years of continuous development and integration of resources, BJD has established Al&SMT workshop, injection workshop, wire workshop, mold making workshop, transformer, workshop, etc.
In 2010, Hunan branch factory was established. It covers over 9000 square meters with more than 900 employees. And the quality is strictly managed by the headquarters in Shenzhen. We have our own logistics department to ensure the close cooperation between Hunan branch and Shenzhen headquarter to guarantee the delivery time of each order.
Now, Indian branch is almost finalized, and will be activated in Nov, 2017 so that will further upgrade the delivery ability.
Currently, we have 30 assembly lines including Hunan branch. Our product is complete from board plug-in, tin soldering, assembling, test, aging, laser etching to packing.
