Hunan Baijunda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Shenzhen Baijunda Group. It was established in 2018 with a registered capital of 10 million CYN. It is located in Jiahe County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, with 350 employees. Hunan Baijunda built its independent industrial park, covering an area of 30,000 square meters. It has automatic transformer workshop, injection moulding workshop, SMT&AI automation workshop, Abnormal AI automated workshop, and DIP/ assembly/packaging workshop. It has become the most prominent modern and professional power supply manufacturer in the local area, such as mobile phone charger, adapter, fast charging, etc.

2008
11th November,2008,BJD established In Shenzhen,
2011
Set up BJD Hunan branch factory,monthly production over 2.5 million pieces in 2011.Started ERP system.
2013
In 2013,hunan factory move to new industrial park,with own injection,cable workshops,AI&SMT line,total staffs over 500,monthly production more than 5 million pieces.
2016
In 2016,we set up India branch factory and started with production in 2017,BJD group monthly production up to 10 million pieces.
2018
In 2018, the production workshops were comprehensively upgraded with special-shaped AI processes, fully automated injection molding robots, turntable ultrasonic semi-automation, etc.; a wire drawing workshop was established and successfully commenced production; it was also the 10th anniversary of Baijunda's establishment.
2019
In 2019, the Hunan Baijunda branch was established, and the Baijunda Jiahe Industrial Park was constructed. In the same year, it became a partner with ZTE and Nokia, producing mid-to-high-end charger products.
2021
In 2021, Phase I of the Hunan Baijunda Industrial Park was completed, with the injection molding workshop officially commencing production, and Phase II of the assembly workshop construction started. The AI&SMT workshops at Guiyang Jingyi were fully upgraded with new YAMAHA high-speed placement machines, paired with Jinto 8-temperature-zone reflow ovens, enhancing process capabilities.
2022
In 2022, the DIP and assembly workshops at Guiyang Jingyi were comprehensively upgraded, introducing AOI, FCT, semi-automatic assembly lines, and fully automatic production lines, improving product quality and serving customers.
2023
In 2023, Phase II of the Hunan Baijunda Industrial Park was completed, with intelligent workshops commencing production.

Baijunda has a Shenzhen laboratory and a Hunan laboratory, which have a complete set of testing equipment for power products' electrical properties and reliability. All testing projects can be completed internally except for radiation testing in third-party laboratories. Both laboratories conduct complete project testing and experimentation throughout the process, including product design verification, incoming material monitoring, process monitoring, and shipment inspection.

Automated workshop equipped with Plug-in board machine and SMT machine. Chip components are patched to PCB boards here. Whole process includes wave soldering, reflow soldering and so on. Automated production is the standard of new product R&D to reduce the artificial mistake during working, and the high efficiency of automated provides guarantee for production and delivery.

Warehouse

Over 5000 raw materials are stocked here, and managed by ERP system, complied with FIFO principle. Each material on the shelf is labelled clearly. More than 1000 materials are in and out everyday, and no big mistakes were made during passed 9 years.

Laboratory

R&D department

BJD has a professional, experienced R&D team with 30 senior engineers. All of them have more than 5-year experience in this industry.

We can make the design and development very quickly according customers' requirement. From the ID to structure design, mold design, circuit design and packaging design, all procedures can be done here.

SMT workshop

Aging workshop

All chargers will be fully tested under low and high voltage for 4 hours in aging workshop. 100,000 pcs can be tested simultaneously here.

Production Department

After several years of continuous development and integration of resources, BJD has established Al&SMT workshop, injection workshop, wire workshop, mold making workshop, transformer, workshop, etc.

In 2010, Hunan branch factory was established. It covers over 9000 square meters with more than 900 employees. And the quality is strictly managed by the headquarters in Shenzhen. We have our own logistics department to ensure the close cooperation between Hunan branch and Shenzhen headquarter to guarantee the delivery time of each order.

Now, Indian branch is almost finalized, and will be activated in Nov, 2017 so that will further upgrade the delivery ability.

Currently, we have 30 assembly lines including Hunan branch. Our product is complete from board plug-in, tin soldering, assembling, test, aging, laser etching to packing.
